One-Year-Only Limited Production 1980 Porsche 911SC Weissach Coupe: One of just 400
The Limited Edition Porsche 911SC Weissach Coupe was built in 1980 to honor the Porsche Motorsport team working in Weissach Germany. Only 400 Weissach limited edition models were produced and delivered to the United States. Platinum Metallic with full leather Doric grey interior and burgundy piping. 129k miles. The car runs and drives fine but would benefit from minor cosmetics and servicing at this point. The paint and interior are a bit worn and showing their age but the car is solid and straight overall. The most noticeable attributes of the iconic Weissach Edition included a chin spoiler, sport seats, and early Turbo Carrera style rear spoiler. Special 15 Fuchs wheels were painted Platinum Metallic to match the body as well. This particular example is very original and has a lot of potential to be taken to the next level with little effort. This one-year-only special edition 911SC Weissach represents an excellent value in the air-cooled 911 market.
