1964 Aston Martin DB5 Left-Hand-Drive with Matching Numbers and Out of 40 Year Ownership: The Original New York Show Car
This 1964 Aston Martin DB5 Left-hand-drive is a matching numbers example and one of very few LHD DB5s ever produced. This particular car was the New York Show Car in 1964 and has been under the same ownership for the last 40 years. Silver with black interior. Only a small number of left-hand drive models were produced by Aston Martin, making them incredibly rare. This particular DB5 was factory optioned with rare air conditioning and head-rests. The paint and interior have been redone nicely and the car is solid with no rust. It has been off the road for several years and is ready for mechanical overhaul at this time. Offered with its factory build sheet, historical documentation, and owners manual. Cars like this are not easy to come by. Out of only 886 DB5s built, there were very few Left-Hand-Drive models to ever leave the factory. A wonderful opportunity to own a rare factory left-hand drive DB5 with matching numbers and one of fewer than 35 built with factory air-conditioning. Offered for the first time publicly in over 40 years.
